About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 (15 oz) can green beans

1 (15 oz) can kidney beans

1 (15 oz) can wax beans

1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans or chickpeas

1/2 small sweet yellow onion

2/3 cup white wine vinegar

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

1) Drain each can of beans and rinse with cool water. Shake gently to remove excess liquid and add to a mixing bowl.

2) Thinly slice the yellow onion and add to the bowl.

3) In a small bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and olive oil.

4) Pour the dressing over the beans and onion. Toss lightly to combine.

5) Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
