Winchendon Community Connection and Access Program (CCAP)

Introduction

Welcome to the Winchendon Community Connection and Access Program (CCAP). Operated in partnership with the Winchendon Council on Aging (COA) and the Winchendon Community Action Committee (CAC), CCAP is dedicated to providing reliable and accessible transportation for all residents of Winchendon.

As a driver, you play a vital role in fulfilling this mission. Your service helps residents who do not have access to a vehicle reach jobs, medical appointments, grocery stores, community programs, and other essential services. By supporting mobility, you are directly enhancing quality of life and strengthening our community.
