Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation
1) In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, crushed pineapple, and onion powder.
2) Add a little of the reserved pineapple juice to reach desired consistency; mix until smooth.
3) Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving.
4) Serve with pretzels, chips, or crackers.
