Ingredients
3 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1 tbsp parsley
Pinch red pepper flakes
10 oz fresh or frozen breaded chicken, cooked
4 bell peppers, halved
1/2 cup chicken broth
Preparation
1. Set oven to 400°F.
2. Mix 2 cups mozzarella, marinara sauce, garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
3. Fold in breaded chicken.
4. Spoon mixture into pepper halves.
5. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella.
6. Pour in chicken broth and a small amount of marinara sauce.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour.
8. Uncover and broil for 2 minutes.
