Ingredients
2 lbs boneless pork loin, sliced into 1/2-inch sheets
1/2 stick butter or margarine (melted)
1 (15 oz) jar Ah-So sauce
Preparation
1) Line a 10x14 cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place a cooling rack on the cookie sheet.
2) Spread pork slices on the rack and brush with melted butter.
3) Place under broiler on center rack; cook about 2 minutes per side, watching carefully to avoid burning.
4) When cooked, brush with Ah-So sauce and broil another minute, turning once.
5) Remove from oven, place on cutting board, and cut into strips with a sharp knife.
6) Serve hot.
