Ingredients
1 can of sardines (with oil, prefer skinless & boneless)
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp breadcrumbs
Saltine crackers (or any crackers or bread you prefer)
Preparation
Mash up the sardines
Mix the sardines and oil from the can with breadcrumbs.
If mixture is too dry, add more extra virgin olive oil until moist.
Serve on crackers or toast.
Add optional toppings such as lemon juice, herbs, or hot sauce.
