Ingredients

Fresh kale leaves; 2 tbsp olive oil; Salt (to taste); Pepper (to taste); 1 tbsp minced garlic; Seasoning of choice (Everything Seasoning or Adobo)

Preparation

1. Wash kale and pat dry.

2. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and seasoning in a bowl.

3. Toss kale with the mixture to coat evenly.

4. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.

5. Bake at 350°F for ~20 minutes, until crisp.

6. Enjoy immediately.
