Ingredients
5 large apples (peeled and sliced)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 cup butter (melted)
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 egg
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a pie dish and layer the sliced apples evenly.
3. Sprinkle the apples with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon.
4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, and 1 egg until smooth.
5. Spread mixture over apples.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
7. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
