Ingredients
1 whole chicken
1 onion
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp butter
1 pepper
3 tsp salt
1 can tomatoes
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil
3 tsp chili powder
Preparation
1. Cook chicken.
2. Fry onions and pepper in the drippings.
3. Add chili powder and cook 1 minute.
4. Sprinkle flour over the top, stir in tomatoes, salt, sugar, and pepper.
5. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and boils.
6. Place chicken in mixture and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
7. Serve over rice.
