About the Recipe

Ingredients

2 slices white bread; 2 slices American cheese; Mayonnaise (or margarine)

Preparation

1. Lightly spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

2. Place one slice of American cheese centered on the bread and the second slice diagonally.

3. Cook in a lightly greased skillet over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.

4. Cut into 2 triangles and serve.
