Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef (hamburg); 1 envelope onion soup mix; 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Place ground beef in a bowl.
Add onion soup mix and water.
Mix well.
Form into 6 to 8 patties.
Fry in a skillet over medium heat for 4–5 minutes on each side, or until cooked.
