Ingredients
2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp baking soda, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain), Frosting: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 stick butter, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
Preparation
1. Mix flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, and crushed pineapple.
2. Pour into a greased 9x13" pan.
3. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
4. For frosting, blend cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and confectioners sugar.
5. Spread frosting on cooled cake.
