Ingredients
1 stick butter; 1 can sauerkraut; 1 bag egg noodles; 2 kielbasa links (skin removed, optional); Salt & pepper to taste; Optional: 1 diced onion
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Boil kielbasa; remove skins if desired and slice.
3. In a lasagna pan, add sauerkraut and butter; place in oven until butter melts, then stir and set aside.
4. Cook egg noodles per package; drain.
5. Optional: sauté diced onion until golden.
6. Combine noodles, sliced kielbasa, sauerkraut-butter mixture, and onions (if using) in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve hot (can also be served cold).
