Ingredients

1 lb sausage; 2–3 bell peppers; 1 large onion; 2–3 cloves garlic, minced; 1 to 1 ½ Tbsp olive oil; 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional); Salt & pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Slice sausage, peppers, and onion.

  3. Toss together with garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning (if using), salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread evenly on a sheet pan.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes, tossing halfway through, until sausage is browned and vegetables are tender.
