Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin; Salt and pepper (to taste); Preferred seasoning blend; 1 cup white rice; 1½ cups water; 1 tbsp butter; ½ tsp dried parsley; 1–2 cups green beans (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Season pork tenderloin and place in shallow pan.
2. Roast for 30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
3. Cook rice on stovetop with water, salt, pepper, butter, and parsley. Simmer until tender.
4. Place green beans in microwave-safe dish, season, and microwave until tender (3–5 minutes).
