Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into chunks)
1/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
1. Toss chicken chunks with flour, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and lightly brown the chicken (do not cook through).
3. In a bowl, mix orange marmalade, BBQ sauce, and soy sauce.
4. Place browned chicken in the slow cooker and pour sauce over the top.
5. Cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until chicken is cooked through.
6. Stir before serving. Serve with rice, vegetables, or noodles as desired.
