Ingredients
1/2 cup jelly (grape, strawberry, apple, or raspberry)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons hot sauce (your favorite)
Dash of pepper
Preparation
1) In a small saucepan, combine jelly, garlic, hot sauce, and pepper.
2) Simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, until smooth and slightly thickened.
3) Pour or brush glaze over cooked pork chops, steak, chicken wings, or other meats.
4) Serve hot.
