Ingredients
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup soft butter
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups white chips
1 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
1) Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl; set aside.
2) In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
3) Gradually add dry ingredients; mix well.
4) Stir in white chips and cranberries.
5) Cover dough tightly and chill 2 hours.
6) Preheat oven to 350°F.
7) Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake 10–12 minutes until lightly golden.
8) Cool on wire rack.
